"Outstanding service on the Trailblazer fix!"
I just wanted to tell you both thanks a million, and say that the service and repair on my TrailBlazer was outstanding! It looks like a brand new bumper, and they even fixed a scratch on the top of the bumper at no extra charge. My experience with Lujack since I first purchased the vehicle has been top-shelf all the way, and I have never been treated better at a dealership. You got me right in, turned it around in a day, and provided me with a ride to and from work. Paul personally came to RME to pick me up when my vehicle was ready to go, as it was after 5 pm. Now that's service, and it really shows how much you appreciate our business.

"Servicing of my 2009 Silverado"
"Service" is something that nearly every company claims to provide. Few do. Wednesday, my truck broke down on the highway and had to be towed to your facility. Before it was towed, I talked to a young lady from your service department named Becca Wagschal. I explained to her the problem that I was having. When I arrived at your facility with my vehicle in tow, I was greeted by Becca who explained they would diagnose my vehicle to determine the problem and about how long that would take. I asked her where I could find a place to eat and she offered to give me a ride to a nice place that was 3 blocks away. I said I would walk. She printed me out a map to the place and said that if I wanted she would have someone pick me up.
When I got back she brought the young mechanic in to explain what my problem was and what my options were. I told her I would need to get back to Dubuque. She explained to me that a rental vehicle could be provided at no expense as part of my warranty. She then called the rental company and lined everything up. In short order the rental company picked me up and not long after I was on my way back home.
Not only did Becca do everything that I could possibly ask, she did it in a very informative, friendly and courteous manner. When a person comes to an establishment and is treated like I was, it makes one want to come back. Before I came to Lujack's, I had no opinion of the place although aware of it. When I left, I had a very positive image of Lujack's because of my experience with her. Exployees like Becca are ones that keep customers coming back.Bryan Mihalakis
"Great Service!"
I am writing you to thank you. I was in Davenport today (1/3/2012) when the warning light came on in my new car (Chevy Cruze) which I bought 6 days ago at McEleney Motors in Clinton. It was just the low tire pressure light but it was how well we were treated. I pulled in to see where to go and was met at my car by Gilbert Richardson, who treated us great. He showed us where to take the car and told the service department what was needed. He even took us into the waiting room and made sure we were comfortable. I really think that was great of him.
When I trade cars again I will be down to see you and will tell people how great we were treated there.Richard J Junge
